Toujours was founded by Jess Masters, a stylist and creative director with a background in fashion, photography, and brand building. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Jess has worked with brands including Barneys New York, Nike, prAna, and Columbia Sportswear, as well as celebrities and world-class athletes, bringing a distinct creative point of view to brand strategy, storytelling, and creative direction.

After years of working with companies, Jess started Toujours to bring that same creative perspective to people. Her approach is equal parts instinct, curiosity, and a sharp eye for what works, guided by the philosophy that the most interesting style comes from individuality, not imitation.
